RETENTION
THIS WILL BE YOUR ROLE
Managing and Reviewing the daily performance, providing feedback, and coaching the sales and retention agents.
The VP needs to ensure that the agents have the tools and ability to reach the targets set for them and that they develop the necessary skills and competencies to be successful in the role.
Responsibilities:

Contribute to the overall performance in the department through specific tasks including but not limited to: Manage, develop, coach, and motivate the sales agents to develop their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly targets and KPI targets are met .

Provide on-the-ground support for agents as they generate leads and close deals
